We provide in-house financing plans with flexible terms to accommodate your budget, ensuring you can receive the care you need without financial stress. Additionally, we accept most major insurance plans to help reduce out-of-pocket costs. For further convenience, we also offer CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows you to finance your treatment with affordable monthly payments. PATIENT SAVINGS PLAN
- Single Plan ($575/yr)
- Dual Plan ($1050/yr)
- Children (under age of 14) ($400/yr)
- Single Perio plan* ($825/yr)
- Dual Perio plan* ($1550/yr)
(Maximum of 6 people per family)
*For perio plan, 3 cleanings per year, 1 additional cleaning at $170
** Exclusions – any over-the-counter products or medicaments (prevident, peridex, toothbrushes, whitening gels, etc.)
***Can not be combined with care credit or senior discount.

- Comprehensive Exam
- Periodic Exam 1x per year
- Limited Exam (Emergency Exam) 1x year

- Full mouth X-rays 1x every 5 years
Preventative Treatment
- Adult prophylaxis cleaning 2x year
- Child prophylaxis cleaning 2x year with Fluoride
